WA Officials Appointed on the World Stage

Congratulations to Lacrosse WA Vice President, Kellie Morley (Wanneroo-Joondalup LC), on her appointment as Technical Delegate for the upcoming Nissin Foods 2026 World Lacrosse Women's Championship in Tokyo. It is a huge for Kellie to be selected to a technical position at the highest level of women's lacrosse competition. We also congratulate two of WA's own, Julie Ames from Wanneroo-Joondalup Lacrosse Club and Stephanie Allen from Wembley Lacrosse Club, on their appointments as Officials for the 2026 World Lacrosse Women's Championship Division II in Wroclaw, Poland this July. These appointments are a fantastic recognition of their experience, skill and contribution to lacrosse officiating, both here in Western Australia and on the international stage. The World Lacrosse officiating crews were selected in consultation with National Governing Bodies and Continental Federations, based on officials' ratings and past performance, with representatives from 10 nations and three Continental Federations appointed across the two events. A huge achievement for Kellie, Julie and Stephanie and a proud moment for the WA lacrosse community. Congratulations!
